Works Closely With: Adaptive Program Lead, Operations, Site Coordinators, Head Coaches, Administrative Staff, and School-Site Leadership

Seeking a hands‑on Coach Recruitment & Training Manager to lead the complete coach talent pipeline—from sourcing and evaluating candidates to training, field qualification, placement readiness, and early performance follow‑up. This role ensures every coach can safely lead youth, teach sports and movement skills, follow required procedures, and represent the organization professionally in school and adaptive‑program settings.
Weekday role with occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends. Requires travel to training sites, schools, auditions, and field observations. Must be able to demonstrate sports activities and work outdoors.
