Job summary

Tucson Unified School District is seeking a temporary Supplemental Hourly staff member for Robins K-8 School (Sweetwater & Silverbell Area). The role focuses on promoting sportsmanship, maintaining safety, and supervising students in practice areas, locker rooms, buses, and at all times during the season.

Applicants must have NFHS concussion and sportsmanship certificates, CPR w/AED, First Aid, and Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance.

Qualifications

• NFHS concussion certificate required.
• NFHS sportsmanship or mental health certificates preferred.
• CPR with AED and First Aid certifications required.
• Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Bloodborne pathogen training required.
• Proof of immunity to measles/rubella or MMR vaccination required.

Exercise patience, tolerance, and diplomacy in relations with all players, parents, co-workers, contest officials, and spectators. Interscholastic activities are an extension of the classroom and as such, your actions, behavior, and interactions with our student-athletes should be reflective of this.

• Bloodborne pathogen training after hire by TUSD Risk Management Department*
• Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
