**Job Description:**

As an Enumerator Coach for NASDA, you will serve our agricultural producers by providing reliable, accurate, and objective statistics and information that farmers, ranchers, and rural communities depend on. Your responsibilities include assisting enumerators with quality control and technical questions related to surveys. **Position Details:**

• Reports to the assigned Manager and oversees a team of up to 20 Enumerators.
• Review completed survey forms for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor, coach, and train enumerators during data collection.
• Coordinate with the Enumerator Manager and team to ensure efficient data collection.
• Complete surveys as needed, managing workload effectively.

**Qualifications:**

• High school diploma and one year of college or work experience.
• Experience in data collection.
• Exceptional critical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Independent and self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills and technologies.

**Salary Range:** Starting at $22.09/hour.

**Work Schedule:** Part-time, approximately 15-25 hours/week, remote. Candidates must reside in AZ, AR, CO, LA, MS, NM, OK, TX, or UT.
