About the Role
As our Account Management Coordinator, you’ll partner closely with our Account Managers to ensure clients are onboarded smoothly, our systems stay clean and organized, and meetings and communications run seamlessly. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse that helps everything run like clockwork—while building the skills to eventually lead client accounts yourself.
What You’ll Do
ATS Management: Keep our Applicant Tracking System (Recruiterflow) up to date—maintaining candidate data, job postings, and client pipelines.
Client Onboarding & Support: Assist with new client onboarding and provide ongoing support to ensure an excellent experience.
Meeting Support: Attend client meetings with Account Managers to capture detailed notes and drive follow-up action items.
Documentation: Maintain thorough and organized documentation of client updates, processes, and internal communication.
Team Collaboration: Act as a bridge between Account Management and Recruiting to streamline communication and workflow.
Process Improvement: Spot inefficiencies and suggest ways to improve our systems and processes.
What You’ll Learn
How to run impactful client meetings and manage client relationships
CRM and ATS tools (Recruiterflow, Coda) and how to optimize them for efficiency
End-to-end recruitment process, from intake to hire
Client strategy, communication, and project management
How to transition into a full Account Manager role
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in people-focused roles—recruiting, client success, executive assistance, operations, or project coordination
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Strong communicator who’s comfortable taking notes, following up, and driving processes forward
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (e.g., ATS, CRM, Slack, Google Workspace)
Proactive, resourceful, and excited to grow in a client-facing career
Experience with ATS platforms (preferred, but not required)
Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 + benefits + bonus
