Job summary

Ollie’s is seeking a qualified Co Team Leader to provide leadership for the sales floor and receiving area. You will lead a merchandising-focused team, develop associates, ensure outstanding customer service, and oversee financial operations to meet company goals.

Responsibilities include payroll budgeting, scheduling, inventory, and program execution. A high school diploma and 2 years of retail management are required, with flexible hours and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports to meet financial and operational goals.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors in delivering exceptional Associate and Customer service experiences; ensure standards are demonstrated in every interaction.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet operational expectations.
• Develop and execute talent planning to ensure associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for business needs.
• Open and close the store as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
