Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Co Team Leader to provide leadership for the sales floor and receiving area. You will lead a team passionate about merchandising and delivering a strong associate and customer experience.

You will manage payroll budgets, scheduling, and ensure financial and operational goals are met, while upholding Ollie’sCare and service standards across interactions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and completion of reports to meet financial and operational goals.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s customer service behaviors and ensures company standards are followed in every interaction.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet operational expectations.
• Develop and execute talent planning to ensure associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for business needs.
• Open and close the store as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
