Job summary

Ollie's Bargain Outlet is seeking a Co Team Leader to provide leadership for the sales floor and receiving area, driving merchandise presentation and an outstanding associate and customer experience.

You will assist the Store Team Leader with payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, and scheduling, while ensuring store standards and inventory processes are followed. Prior retail management experience is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and the timely completion of related reports to ensure financial and operational goals are met.
• Demonstrates Ollie's customer-focused behaviors in providing exceptional Associate and Customer service experiences; ensures company standards are demonstrated in interactions.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet operational expectations.
• Develop and execute talent planning to insure associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for the business needs are met.
• Perform all functions to open and close the store when needed and any additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned.
