Job summary

Ollie’s Stores is seeking a Co Team Leader to guide the sales floor and receiving area, driving a dedicated team to deliver an outstanding customer experience and strong merchandise performance.

Responsibilities include merchandising, associate development, customer service, and financial oversight to meet company goals. Applicants should have at least 2 years of retail management experience and flexible scheduling capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and the timely completion of related reports to meet financial and operational goals.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s customer service behaviors to provide exceptional Associate and Customer service experiences; ensure company standards are met in every interaction.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet operational expectations.
• Develop and execute talent planning to ensure associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for business needs.
• Perform all functions to open and close the store as needed and take on additional duties as assigned.
