Job summary

The Kleingers Group is seeking a Civil Engineering Co-op for Spring 2027 to gain hands-on experience in drafting construction drawings and CAD work across industrial, corporate, healthcare, and transportation projects.

As part of a collaborative team, you will learn Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and project organization while contributing to client-oriented solutions and developing your design skills in a supportive, coaching-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Civil Engineering degree with a focus on CAD tools.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
• Willingness to learn AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic project software literacy.

Responsibilities

• Draft and design construction drawings for projects in various markets.
• Develop model-based designs using Civil 3D.
