The Kleingers Group in Indianapolis is seeking a Spring 2027 Site Civil Engineering Co-op. Join a team that collaborates across civil engineering, survey, and landscape architecture disciplines while drafting construction drawings for industrial, corporate, healthcare, and transportation projects.

You will gain hands-on experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D, learn to organize work effectively, and engage with clients to deliver value in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering degree program.
• Desire to work in a collaborative environment with coworkers.
• Thirst for knowledge and team-oriented.
• Organized with an attention to detail.
• Enjoys solving problems and asking questions.
• Ability to communicate and present ideas.
• Eagerness to learn and develop AutoCAD skills and create model-based designs in Civil 3D.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel.
