• Organized and able to manage multiple leads, tasks, and follow-ups.

Responsabilités

• Manage a pipeline of prospective host family leads with timely follow-up.
• Connect with prospective families by phone, text, and email to assess childcare needs.
• Ask discovery questions to understand priorities, timelines, and preferred solutions.
• Tailor conversations and follow-ups to each family's needs.
• Help interested families begin the matching process.
• Maintain CRM notes and lead information accurately.
• Support lead nurturing and campaigns with the sales team.
• Participate in local events and field-based lead generation.
