Qualifications

• Friendly, confident self-starter able to start conversations.
• Interested in gaining hands-on experience in sales, marketing, customer experience, or business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple leads, tasks, and follow-ups.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of prospective host family leads with timely follow-ups.
• Connect with prospective families by phone, text, and email to understand childcare needs.
• Ask discovery questions to learn timelines and preferences for childcare solutions.
• Support lead nurturing and outreach campaigns with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Attend local events to generate new leads and raise brand awareness.
