Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related post-secondary program, or recent graduate.
• Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong customer-service orientation.
