Qualifications

• Must be pursuing an academic degree while enrolled
• Maintain 2.5 GPA or higher per semester
• Authorized to work in the US without employment visa or sponsorship
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Define and document process parameters
• Support design efforts for product development
• Quantify and lead actions needed for scrap reduction
• Improve effectiveness and efficiency of key machinery in high volume work areas
• Learn, understand, and adhere to the current specifications of the Quality Policy and Procedures and contribute to the achievement of quality objectives
• Get insights into Schaeffler's manufacturing, design and technological processes
