Job summary

Schaeffler Group USA Inc. in Fort Mill, SC is seeking motivated co-op students to join our program. You will engage in hands-on learning across manufacturing and product development, supporting design efforts and quality initiatives in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be pursuing an academic degree.
• Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define and document process parameters.
• Support design efforts for product development.
• Quantify and lead actions needed for scrap reduction.
• Improve effectiveness and efficiency of key machinery in high volume work areas.
• Learn, understand, and adhere to the current specifications of the Quality Policy and Procedures and contribute to the achievement of quality objectives.
• Get insights into Schaeffler's manufacturing, design and technological processes.
