Qualifications

• Must be pursuing an academic degree with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication ability (written & verbal).
• Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results.
• Assertive approach to solving problems.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently.
• Sitting for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Defining and documenting process parameters.
• Quantify and lead actions needed for scrap reduction.
• S/he will be given developmental opportunities through tasks such as projects, job rotation, hands-on training.
• Know and understand the current specifications of the Quality Policy and Procedures and contribute to the achievement of the quality objectives.
