Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Life Sciences, Business, Engineering, Quality, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint; interest in learning digital collaboration tools.
• U.S. work authorization without future sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

• Gather user needs and document current workflows; test proposed solutions and prepare user guidance.
• Collaborate across functions to explore automation, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools for document management and process efficiency.
• Assist with SOPs, WIs, and related controlled documents; support quality control reviews and cross-references.
• Maintain document trackers, dashboards, and project status reports to support digital visibility and compliance.
