Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business, Life Sciences, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, or presentation development.
• Note: visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing execution and adoption of the Resource Management capability across Development.
• Coordinate technical, business, and operational activities enabling resource planning.
• Prepare materials and analyses to support resource planning discussions with senior leaders.
• Gather requirements in cross-functional meetings and translate discussions into actionable steps.
• Assist with data validation, quality checks, and improvement of forecast model outputs.
• Support UAT, defect tracking, and validation of new functionality and system integrations.
