Moderna Norwood, MA is offering a co-op in Development Process, Training & Execution from January 18, 2027 to June 25, 2027. You will help advance digital enablement, automate workflows, and support regulated documentation within a quality‑focused environment.

You'll gain hands‑on exposure to process improvement, SOP/WI development, and AI-enabled tools that enhance information access and knowledge sharing across Moderna's Development organization.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Life Sciences, Business, Engineering, Quality, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and an interest in learning digital collaboration and workflow tools.
• Candidates must already hold work authorization in US and be able to maintain that status without the need for future sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Support innovation and digital enablement by gathering user needs, documenting current workflows, testing solutions, and preparing user guidance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to explore automation, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools for document management and process efficiency.
• Gain exposure to Generative AI tools and evaluate where they may improve information access and knowledge sharing within Moderna guidelines.
• Contribute to process mapping, workflow documentation, and continuous improvement projects to simplify manual steps and enable digital processes.
• Assist with drafting, formatting, and revision of SOPs and WIs using established templates and guidance.
• Support quality control reviews of controlled documents for clarity, consistency, and alignment with standards.
• Help maintain document trackers, action logs, dashboards, and project status reports for digital visibility.
• Work with systems like Veeva Quality, Smartsheet, and Microsoft 365 relevant to access and training.
