• Familiarity with basic engineering, data analysis, and problem-solving principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint; exposure to CAD/CMMS/BIM is a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly and work well in a team.
