Job summary

Northeastern University is seeking a Student Services and Data Manager to support the College Assistant Deans, Co-op leadership, and faculty Coordinators. You will handle data reporting, administer surveys, manage databases, and coordinate student and employer interactions to ensure a smoothly operating co-op program.

The role involves complex data projects, technology initiatives, and training/mentorship for staff, with regular liaison across campuses to uphold data integrity and program

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Proficient in Excel with complex formulas and logic; basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced academic or business environments preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in data science or analytics pursued is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide data reporting and administrative support for the co-op program and related stakeholders.
• Compile and analyze data to develop advanced reports evaluating student hiring and events.
• Manage work-study programs and delegate projects to meet deadlines.
• Maintain data integrity across Banner, Salesforce, and Symplicity systems.
• Develop surveys and update co-op websites and LinkedIn groups.
• Coordinate events and employer interviews and assist with course materials.
