Job summary

Weston & Sampson, Reading, MA, is offering a Spring 2027 Co-op in Civil/Environmental Engineering for engineering students. The program runs January–May and provides experience across civil, environmental, water, and wastewater projects with field work statewide.

You will assist with data calculations, research analyses, and the design of plans and specifications, gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related engineering field
• Students with 2 years of coursework completed are preferred
• Must have strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills
• Work effectively in a teamwork environment
• Ability to organize, manage and coordinate multiple assignments
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Introductory knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS, and/or HydroCAD is preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license
