Qualifications

• Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, software engineering, technology, or programming, or related fields.
• Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.
• Student in at least 3rd or 4rd year of college with a minimum.
• Student must be enrolled in an accredited institution during the internship period, and the internship assignment should be aligned to the student's area of study or career interest.
• Power BI or similiar
• Fully billingual (Spanis/ English)
• Proficient in Exel ( pivot tables) data analysis and statistical tools

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements in assigned areas using Lean and Six Sigma methods.
• Develop current and future state value stream maps for the assigned areas.
• Support kaizen teams and 6S initiatives, dashboards, scorecards, visual aids, and standard work.
• Create and maintain process documentation and value stream mappings.
• Communicate effectively to influence colleagues and drive changes.
