Qualifications

• Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year is required.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• On-site Gurabo for the full one-year term.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of process improvement activities to reduce waste, improve flow, quality, and safety.
• Collect, cleanse, analyze, and visualize operational metrics to identify opportunities and quantify impact.
• Assist in root cause analysis (5 Whys, fishbone), develop countermeasures, and track implementation.
• Create and update standard work, value stream maps and process maps to sustain improvements.
• Design, build, and maintain visual management boards and dashboards (Power BI/Tableau).
• Lead cross-functional team meetings and prepare clear status updates and presentation decks for leadership.
