Job summary

Plot is seeking an experienced AI product engineer to build agentic, reasoning-driven systems that power consumer intelligence and marketing automation. You will own features end-to-end, collaborating with design from conception through shipped delivery, and continuously iterate with customer feedback.

You will work closely with founders and product teams to prototype, test, and scale AI capabilities, applying state-of-the-art methods while maintaining a strong focus on product value and user

Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping customer-facing products.
• Hands-on familiarity with LLMs—evaluation, prompt engineering, tool use, context management.

Responsibilities

• Build agentic, reasoning-driven AI features on top of LLMs.
• Collaborate with product design to prototype, iterate, and ship AI features from 0 to 1.
• Design and execute LLM/ML evaluation frameworks—from offline benchmarking to live AB tests.
