Qualifications

• Experience shipping customer-facing AI features.
• Hands-on with LLMs, evaluation, and prompts.
• Ability to work end-to-end from design to shipping.
• Strong product sense and user advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Build agentic, reasoning-driven AI features.
• Collaborate with design to prototype and ship features.
• Design evaluation frameworks and live A/B tests.
• Own full-stack AI product features across the stack.
• Work with founders, design, marketing, and customers.
• Stay at the front of AI research in agentic reasoning and context engineering.
