Job summary

Plot is building the next generation of social intelligence with an AI-native platform for brands to understand culture, find trends, and activate communities at scale. You will own high-leverage AI product features end-to-end, working closely with founders, design, and customers to ship impactful experiences.

You’ll prototype and ship features from day one, participate in customer calls, and continuously push the boundaries of agentic reasoning and AI automation.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on familiarity with LLMs, evaluation, and prompt engineering.
• Experience shipping customer-facing features across frontend, backend, and infra.
• Ability to work with designers early in product definition and shape UX.

Responsibilities

• Build agentic, reasoning-driven systems on top of cutting-edge LLMs.
• Collaborate with product design to prototype and ship AI features from 0→1.
• Design and run LLM/ML evaluation frameworks from offline benchmarks to live tests.
• Own full-stack AI product features, including prompt design and monitoring.
• Collaborate with founders, design, marketing, and customers to deliver real value.
• Stay ahead by researching and integrating emerging methods in agentic reasoning and automation.
