Plot Technologies, Inc. is seeking an engineer to build agentic, reasoning-driven AI features that power consumer insights and influencer activation.

You will work closely with design and founders to ship ambitious AI capabilities from concept to production, shaping product decisions from day one. The role emphasizes hands-on work with LLMs, prompts, and orchestration, plus evaluating performance through offline benchmarks and live tests.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience shipping customer-facing features with end-to-end ownership.
• Deep familiarity with large language models, prompts, tools, and workflows.
• Strong product intuition and ability to collaborate with designers early in the process.
• High ownership mindset: love debugging, data, logs, and real user problems.
• Curiosity, grit, and a bias to build things that feel magical; no degree required.

Responsabilités

• Build agentic, reasoning-driven systems on top of LLMs for consumer intelligence and automation.
• Collaborate with product design to prototype, iterate, and ship AI features from 0→1.
• Design and run LLM/ML evaluation frameworks and live A/B tests.
• Own full-stack AI product features including prompts, orchestration, tooling, and UX.
• Work with founders, design, marketing, and customers to deliver real value.
