Job summary
The Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation in Naples, FL seeks a Co-Occurring Professional to provide advanced clinical services for individuals with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders, coordinating with the treatment team.
The role delivers group and individual therapy within a 24/7 residential setting, with crisis intervention and care planning, aligning with the foundation's standards of care.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in behavioral health.
- Must be licensed to independently practice mental health and SUD services in Minnesota (LPCC/LMFT/LICSW).
- Must be trained in Rule 31 (Minnesota).
- Current CPR certification or obtain within 30 days (remote employees exempt). Certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
- Must have an active National Provider Identifier (NPI) number.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced clinical services for co-occurring disorders in coordination with the treatment team.
- Deliver group therapy and individual counseling in a 24/7 residential milieu-based setting.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team with assessment, diagnosis, psychotherapy, crisis intervention and care planning.
- Assume leadership in absence of program manager and supervise students/interns to develop clinical competency.
