Job summary

Trilliant Food & Nutrition and Horseshoe Beverage Company seek a Program Manager to lead external manufacturing programs end-to-end, from tech transfer through steady-state governance. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Operations, and IT, ensuring on-time delivery and continuous improvement while managing risk and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years combined experience in program management roles within regulated CPG/food/beverage environments.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred; Lean/Six Sigma a plus.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional programs with gate discipline and RAID management.
• Working knowledge of GFSI/SQF, HACCP, cGMP, allergen controls, and CQV principles.
• Strong analytical fluency: KPI dashboards, yield/shrink/OTIF/cost data, BOM data; translate variances into actions.
• Track record of delivering measurable cost, yield, or service improvements in manufacturing.
• Ability to lead through influence, drive corrective actions, and hold stakeholders accountable.
• Demonstrated partner-management orientation for long-cycle external relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to Director/VP-level stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering/science/operations-related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% to co-manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

• Own program execution for assigned co-manufacturing partners through Technical Transfer, Site Readiness, Launch, and Stabilization.
• Drive the Master Lifecycle Checklist and gate discipline (Gates 3–5) with evidence-based sign-offs.
• Coordinate readiness activities across Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Operations, and IT.
• Manage post-launch monitoring with KPI reporting, Tier 1 cadence, and issue resolution.
• Own end-to-end program ownership and drive continuous improvement across the lifecycle.
• Maintain co-manufacturer scorecards, risk registers, and CAPA closure.
