Trilliant Food & Nutrition and Horseshoe Beverage Company in Little Chute, WI seeks an experienced Project Manager II to lead mid-to-large scale initiatives across packaging, product development, marketing, and supply chain.

You will bring structure, visibility, and accountability to cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure compliance with CPG regulatory and quality standards while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience in CPG, manufacturing, or retail.
• Proven track record managing cross-functional projects from initiation through completion.
• Strong understanding of CPG lifecycle: packaging, product development, marketing, and supply chain.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
• PMP or similar certification a plus.
• Experience managing projects involving external manufacturing partners, co-packers, or creative agencies, preferred.
• Familiarity with packaging artwork development and regulatory review processes, preferred.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, preferred.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Own end-to-end project management for mid-to-high complexity initiatives in Packaging, Innovation, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate collaboration across departments to align project objectives, roles, and timelines.
• Timeline & Budget Management: Develop project plans, track milestones, manage budgets, and adjust timelines as needed to meet changing priorities.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the central point of contact for project updates, status reporting, risk identification, and issue resolution.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and elevate blockers as appropriate.
• Process Optimization: Support the evolution and adoption of project management best practices, tools, and templates to drive operational efficiency.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and accurate, and that all deliverables meet CPG regulatory and quality standards.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers to meet deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
