Job summary

JuneShine Brands is seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator to act as the operational liaison with contract manufacturers. You will help ensure scheduled production of our THC beverage portfolio runs safely, efficiently, and on plan, working hands-on on the factory floor and in Ekos ERP.

You'll build strong relationships with production teams, support launches, and drive continuous improvement across bottling, canning, shot bottles, and Snap Packs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in beverage, food, CPG, or manufacturing environments including contract manufacturing operations
• Experience on production floors and in ERP/production management systems (Ekos preferred)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and inventory management
• Ability to travel ~60% to support partner sites
• Proven relationship-building with production, quality, and cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as JuneShine Brand's operational representative across contract manufacturing partners
• Build relationships with production, quality, and plant leadership while supporting daily operations
• Walk production floors to monitor execution, identify risks, and support launches and scale-ups
• Verify production readiness across packaging formats via inventory checks and ERP records
• Process work orders, purchase orders, inventory transactions, and manufacturing records in Ekos
• Investigate operational and quality issues and develop practical solutions
• Bridge communication between manufacturing partners and internal Supply Chain, Quality, Innovation, Logistics, and Finance
• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing performance and partner execution
