Job summary

Trilliant Food and Nutrition, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager II to lead cross-functional initiatives within our CPG organization. This role drives mid-to-large scale projects from concept to execution, aligning with timelines, budgets, and compliance requirements.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain, Creative, and Regulatory teams to ensure seamless coordination.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally in the CPG, manufacturing, or retail industry.
• Proven track record managing cross-functional projects from initiation through completion.
• Strong understanding of CPG lifecycle processes, including packaging, product development, marketing, and supply chain.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
• PMP or similar certification a plus.
• Experience managing projects involving external manufacturing partners, co-packers, or creative agencies, preferred.
• Familiarity with packaging artwork development and regulatory review processes, preferred.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, preferred.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management for mid-to-high complexity initiatives in Packaging, Innovation, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
• Facilitate collaboration across departments to align project objectives, roles, and timelines.
• Develop project plans, track milestones, manage budgets, and adjust timelines as needed to meet changing priorities.
• Serve as the central point of contact for project updates, status reporting, risk identification, and issue resolution.
• Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and elevate blockers as appropriate.
• Support the evolution and adoption of project management best practices, tools, and templates to drive operational efficiency.
• Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and meets regulatory and quality standards.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers to meet deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
