Qualifications

• 5+ years combined experience in program management within a regulated CPG environment.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred; Lean/Six Sigma a plus.
• Experience with RAID, gate discipline, KPI dashboards, and evidence-based decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned co-manufacturing programs from technical transfer through site readiness, launch, ramp, stabilization, and steady-state governance.
• Drive the Master Lifecycle Checklist and gate discipline for defined programs with evidence-based sign-offs at gates 3–5.
• Coordinate cross-functional readiness activities across Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Operations, and IT/Data.
