Job summary

Patco Brands is seeking a Contract Manufacturing Quality Supervisor to oversee quality programs across our co‑manufacturing partners. The role requires hands‑on engagement in fast‑paced beverage production, routine site visits, audits, CAPA, and strong cross‑functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will travel 50–75%, possess a background in GMP/HACCP, and have a bachelor’s in Food Science or equivalent with 3–5+ years in QA or food safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5+ years in Quality Assurance, Food Safety, or Manufacturing.
• Experience in food/beverage manufacturing environments (preferred).
• Strong understanding of GMPs, HACCP/HARPC, and food safety principles.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow‑up skills.
• Travel 50–75%, including weekends and international travel; valid passport required.

Responsibilities

• Support quality programs across co‑manufacturing partners and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Conduct site visits to monitor production, GMPs, and sanitation for beverage and food products.
• Assist onboarding, training, and qualification of co‑manufacturers and reinforce quality expectations.
• Perform internal audits and support third‑party or customer audits; document findings and corrective actions.
• Review batch records, COAs, and production docs to ensure specifications before release.
• Assist in investigating quality deviations and CAPA implementation.
• Maintain records of quality activities, audits, and site visits, and report to the Quality Manager.
• Collaborate with Operations, Regulatory, and R&D to align packaging, labeling, and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency; conduct on‑hand inventory review.
