Job summary

Alamance Foods Inc. in Burlington, NC seeks a Co-Manufacturing Manager to align quality, supply chain, logistics and production scheduling with customer requirements.

This role focuses on building strong customer and co-manufacturer relationships and coordinating across departments to ensure delivery and quality targets are met. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage audits and CAPA, drive continuous improvement, and support new product introductions with co-manufacturers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Quality Management, Food Science, or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality, supply chain, operations, or co-manufacturing management in manufacturing (food/CPG preferred).
• Strong understanding of QA systems, supply chain logistics, and production scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for co-manufacturing customers, ensuring clear communication and responsiveness.
• Manage cross-functional activities between Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Production Scheduling.
• Oversee customer audits, documentation requests, and QA expectations, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Monitor production schedules with co-manufacturers to meet on-time delivery and service levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop relationships with co-manufacturing partners to drive efficiency and satisfaction.
• Track and analyze performance metrics and present updates to leadership and customers.
• Support new product launches and changes with co-manufacturers.
• Lead continuous improvement within quality systems and supplier coordination.
