Job summary

Qualifications

• HACCP, PCQI, SQF, or other relevant food safety certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring effective resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary internal quality liaison for Co-Man customers.
• Participate in customer audits, providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems (QMS)

Education

Bachelor's degree required
