Job summary

Windsor Fashions in the United States is seeking a full-time Store Co-Manager in Olathe, KS to support the Store Manager in driving sales and running daily operations. You will coach a high-performing team of Assistant Managers and Stylists, ensuring an Oasis omni-channel experience for customers.

You will analyze KPI data, manage payroll and expenses, and lead talent onboarding to sustain Windsor’s service standards and visual guidelines. A reliable, flexible schedule is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Effective communicator in group and one-on-one settings.
• Open to feedback and continual improvement.
• Flexible and reliable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and manage productivity metrics including shrink, payroll and expenses.
• Lead and coach a team of Assistant Managers and Stylists to deliver the Oasis experience.
• Analyze KPI reports and translate numbers into actionable behaviors.
• Recruit, onboard and maintain a strong talent pool for the store.
• Ensure adherence to Windsor Merchandising Directive and Visual Guidelines.
• Maintain a neat, clean and well merchandised store and oversee store operations.
