Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking a full-time Co-Manager to support the Store Manager in driving store productivity, overseeing sales, shrink, payroll and expenses while leading a team of up to 25 associates in a fast-paced boutique environment.

You’ll coach and motivate the team, analyze KPI data into actionable insights, recruit talent, ensure onboarding, and uphold Windsor Visual Guidelines to deliver an omni-channel Oasis experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.

• Proven leadership ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.

Responsibilities

• Drive store productivity and overall sales performance.

• Maintain Windsor Visual Guidelines and support Merchandising directives.
