Job summary

Windsor Fashions is hiring a full-time Co-Manager in Boca Raton, FL. You will serve as the Store Manager’s right hand, driving sales, managing payroll and expenses, and coaching a team of up to 25 associates while upholding Windsor’s brand and visual standards.

You will lead by example, foster a culture of respect, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will organize workflows, analyze KPI reports, and coordinate onboarding, training, and development.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership ability to develop and motivate a team up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication skills in group and one-on-one settings.
• Flexible and reliable schedule.
• Ability to analyze KPI reporting and translate numbers into actions.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and store productivity, manage payroll and expenses.
• Coach and motivate Assistant Managers and Stylists.
• Ensure in-store operations align with Windsor Visual Guidelines and brand standards.
• Deliver an omni-channel Oasis experience to every customer.
