Wendy's (franchisee Carlisle Corporation) is hiring a Co-Manager for our Shreveport, LA location. The role focuses on hiring, training and continuing development of the crew while assisting the unit manager in operating the store to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

The Co-Manager oversees staffing, ensures product quality, maintains service standards, and drives store performance through effective supervision and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions
• The Co-Manager role requires standing for long periods of time without a break.

Responsibilities

• Promotes customer satisfaction to build sales.
• Assists unit manager in executing store sales and profits plan.
• Monitors food costs and waste to maximize profitability.
• Trains and mentors crew to ensure adequate coverage and performance.
• Keeps store clean and follows cleaning plans and SOPs.
• Trains crew on new products and orientation processes.
• Manages shifts to meet Q.S.C. standards and prep goals.
• Follows store policies, procedures and health/safety guidelines.
• Performs administrative duties and writes crew schedules as required.
• Maintains equipment and reports maintenance issues promptly.
• Manages employee relations and retention through effective communication.
