Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking a full-time Co-Manager in Murray, UT to act as the store manager's right hand and drive sales, payroll and expenses. You will coach a team of assistants and stylists, maintain Windsor's standards, and deliver an Oasis omni-channel customer experience.

You have at least 1 year of retail management experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. A flexible schedule and commitment to the brand are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales, payroll and expenses in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Coach and motivate a high-performing team of assistants and stylists.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure an Oasis omni-channel customer experience.
• Analyze KPI reporting and translate numbers into action.
