Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Murray, UT is seeking a Co-Manager to partner with the Store Manager, drive sales, manage payroll and expenses, and maintain store operations while delivering the Windsor Oasis experience.

You will coach a team of assistants and stylists, recruit and retain talent, and lead by example with clear communication and a commitment to Windsor values. A minimum of one year in retail management and flexible availability are required; a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Ability to lead a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and KPI performance.
