Job summary

You will lead shift operations, monitor food costs and quality, manage staffing levels, and ensure adherence to Wendy’s standards. This role requires initiative, strong leadership, and the ability to train and mentor crew members for continued store success.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions.
• The Co-Manager role requires standing for long periods.
• Must possess valid driver’s license.
• Entering and leaving vehicle multiple times.
• Move and inspect all supplies in restaurant.
• Work in hot and cold environments (restaurant, cooler, freezer).

Responsibilities

• The Co-Manager is responsible for hiring, training, and continuing development of the crew.
• Assists unit manager in operating and maintaining the store to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Monitors service times and smooth shift operations.
• Trains crew to meet Wendy’s standards and customer needs.
• Maintains cleanliness and follows procedures to reduce waste and improve quality.
