Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• 1-2 years management / operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions.

Responsibilities

• Meets budgeted sales targets and sets/targets controllable costs.
• Develops (with DM) and executes a local store marketing plan to promote Wendy’s in the community.
• Trains, develops managers and crew, and maintains staffing levels for each shift.
• Maintains and improves quality, service and cleanliness (Q.S.C.) through procedures and training.
