Job summary

Wendy's Decatur, IN is seeking a capable Co-Manager to hire, train and develop crew while assisting the unit manager in operating the store to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

You will supervise staff across sales, quality, service, cleanliness, and administration, ensure adherence to procedures, and train new managers and crew to meet daily goals. This position offers a pathway to leadership within a leading Wendy’s franchisee company.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Builds sales by promoting customer satisfaction.
• Hires, trains and terminates crew members to ensure adequate coverage.
• Monitors product quality during shift by talking with customers during walk-throughs and when working off-line.
• Takes service times and determines efficiency.
• Trains crew to respond promptly to customer needs and to solicit feedback for customer satisfaction.
• Follows procedures outlined in the Operations manual and maintains safe working conditions.
