Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Support store-level strategies to drive sales, guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Champion food safety, ensure compliance, and maintain documentation for audits.
