The position requires coaching, excellent customer service, and a willingness to work 45 hours per week, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performance.
• Assist in recruiting and hiring of high caliber employees with in-store needs.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees by enforcing company policies.
• Ensure all company initiatives are implemented per company direction.
• Supervise and manage daily store operations in absence of Store Manager and TM Training.
• Supervise and manage Loss Prevention practices in absence of Store Manager and TM Training.
• Communicate store needs to Store Manager and TM Training.
• Resolve customer issues effectively and provide a full-service experience.
