Qualifications

• Retail experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performance.
• Assist in recruiting and hiring of high caliber employees with in-store needs.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees by enforcing policies.
• Ensure that all company initiatives are properly implemented and to the standard of company direction.
• Recognize talented staff and develop them for growth within the company.
• Supervise and manage all aspects of daily store operations in the absence of Store Manager and Manager In Training.
• Supervise loss prevention practices in the absence of the Store Manager and Manager In Training.
• Communicate store needs effectively to leadership and management.
• Resolve customer issues effectively and provide a full-service experience.
• Demonstrate Journeys culture and exceptional customer service.
