Job summary

Journeys in Edison, NJ seeks energetic leaders for our Co-Manager track. You will help recruit, hire, train, and manage store personnel to hit sales goals, control costs, and protect assets. The role emphasizes a fun, full-service customer experience and a strong team culture.

Responsibilities include coaching, ensuring policy compliance, and growing talent for advancement. The position requires 45 hours per week, night and weekend shifts, and physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performance.
• Assist in recruiting and hiring of high caliber employees with in-store needs.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees by enforcing all company policies and practices.
• Ensure that all company initiatives are properly implemented and to the standard of the company direction.
• Supervise and manage all aspects of daily store operations in Store Manager and Manager In Training’s absence.
• Supervise and manage all aspects of Loss Prevention practices in Store Manager and Manager In Training’s absence.
• Resolve customer issues effectively.
• Provide a fun, full service experience to all customers.
